Re: Submission of Project Proposal Document
Our current array of projects, alongside complementary programmes provided by other donor partners, have been designed with broad consultation and coordination to form a medium-to-long-term action plan. It follows that an idea of this nature, beyond the scope enunciated by this medium-to-long-term action plan, is evidently superfluous to requirements.
When everything has been duly taken into consideration, whilst the proposal did show some limited potential, it failed to address urgent impediments in agriculture. Nobody would seriously consider such a project relevent when over eighty per cent of the world's proor live in rural areas.
